Rest & Recover Tea
I made this blend for a client recovering from cancer treatments. Rest and Recover tea blend is meant to be a healing, nutritive blend. It is a combination of nervines, adaptogens, and anti-inflammatory herbs. The blend is also high in vitamins and minerals, especially vitamin c.
Chamomile – nervine and anti-inflammatory
Tulsi – adaptogen (good for stress relief)
Nettle – nutritive (high in minerals)
Ginger – anti-inflammatory and digestive support
Rosehips – anti-inflammatory, high in Vitamin C, Immune booster
Caution: Not for use in children under 10. Do not use if using blood-thinning drugs or if you have a blood disorder. Not for use during pregnancy.
