Designed for those who are looking for a little tune up. Maybe you need help with weight loss, hair loos, acne, or sleep. Or just want some customized tips for helping to balance your hormones through whatever stage of life you are in.

This program hits on 5 top areas of wellness and allowing you and I to see where you can make some changes to help start feeling better now.

Consultation

Most of us didn't end up feeling the way we currently do overnight, so we can't expect to feel better overnight or with a single consultation. Many times getting back to health can be a complicated multi-step process, and I'm here to hold your hand through it all.

In this program, we will:

  • Complete an in-depth questionnaire that reviews general health, medical history, and lifestyle habits.

  • Review and discuss the results, potential solutions, and protocols during the initial 1-1.5 hour consultation.

  • 2 follow-up consultations over 3 months to review changes in health and make adjustments to protocols
